NOELLE LINDSAY-STEWART (she/her/hers) is an experienced strategist in entertainment and inclusion, dedicated to connecting the entertainment sector with social justice.

With over 150 hours of film and television production and consulting experience in her roles as a DEI advocate and creative producer, Noelle has also provided guidance at the corporate level for leading entertainment and media companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Creative Artists Agency, and Amazon Prime Video. She has collaborated on significant research with the Norman Lear Center regarding representation and the influence of film and TV narratives on how audiences view marginalized groups. Noelle is an associate producer for the Emmy-winning series GENIUS:MLK/X and has worked as a creative executive for acclaimed filmmaker Gina Prince-Bythewood. Noelle is currently Director of DEI Creative + Production at Warner Bros. Although Noelle resides in Los Angeles, she proudly identifies as a DC native and a DC Girl, though she doesn’t listen to any go-go music released after 2007.
